NOTES FROM THE AWARENESS: 980

Be the most.

There’s a lot of focus in our society on being the best. We have a culture around winning.

The issue with this is that winning implies someone else loses. We make inevitable comparisons and value judgments. Someone is found lacking.

What if we focused on being the most we can be. The most peaceful, the most authentic, the most fulfilled, the most loving, the most grateful. The most of whatever makes us feel happy and healthy. We’re not comparing ourselves to others. We simply want to maximize our good qualities.

Today’s message invites me to complete myself rather than competing with others. When I am true to myself and nurturing my finest aspects, I am fully complete. I am my most.

Please reflect and share. What does your most look like?
