Refocus
Recently, it’s been a time of letting go. A period of releasing old assumptions and ways of thinking and doing things.
This may not always have been comfortable. It may have felt forced. We may feel sad or angry about the process.
And yes, we should acknowledge any feelings we have and process through them. But we may not want to get lost in them. It’s time to release any heaviness we’ve been feeling and refocus.
Now is the opportunity to focus on what we want, rather than what we don’t want. What shifts in attitude and thoughts will help us feel freer? How can we lend positive energy to this personal recalibration?
Can we commit to a daily practice of visualizing what we want to see in our lives? Are we willing to take action on our vision?
Today’s message invites me to refocus my attention and efforts once more. The approach of spring and a lunar eclipse this week offer a perfect opportunity to rebirth my focus on my dreams.
