Thoughts carry us through life.

Our life experience is based on our thoughts about what’s happening. How we perceive and interpret events drives the nature of our existence. In addition, our thoughts touch the quantum field to manifest things and circumstances.

So, what we have and experience in life is dependent on our thoughts. Knowing this, looking toward a new year is a great time for us to resolve to observe and curate our thoughts.

If a particular thought doesn’t promote our well-being, we can choose to immediately replace it with one that does. With a little practice, thoughts that don’t serve us will arise far less often.

Today’s message suggests that a thought diet plan is a dandy resolution for me. It’s not about thinking less so much as consistently thinking healthier. I create a good life—here and now—with my thoughts.
