We become what we think about.

Most of us have habitual thought patterns. Unfortunately, frequently they center around negative emotions. It’s all too easy to get caught up in worry, self-doubt or self-hate, and resentment and anger. The more we think about these issues, the more energy we invest in them, and the more likely we are to manifest events to reinforce our thoughts.

This is particularly true of our self-talk. We tend to live up or down to our expectations of ourselves. We form an image of ourselves, often on an emotional rather than a factual basis, and then transform ourselves into what we believe we are.

Today’s message suggests I will benefit from a kindly and positive self-image. I create my persona and reality with my repeated thoughts.
