Our daily routines shape us.

Please discuss. How does this play out in life?

I’ll start us out. There are thing we do each day. We each have our own habits, but we all have regular ones. Our routines may include morning coffee, daily walk or workout, prayer or meditation, consuming the new, browsing social media.

Because we allot time to these activities on a regular basis, they are priorities for us. Skipping one may feel a bit weird or uncomfortable. The regularity has made them part of us and they help define who we are, at least in our own eyes.

Today’s message ask me to review my routine activities to make sure they’re consistent with the person I strive to be. I can emphasize one that build me up and dial back on ones that don’t I create who I am by how I choose to spend my time.
