Wind can teach us.
When we think about forces of nature, we often think of ones that are easy to perceive. The sun’s warmth, driving rain, freezing cold all can evoke a strong response in us.
Wind is a little more subtle. We can’t directly see it moving, only can sense how it moves against us or other objects.
Wind can be extremely forceful as in tornadoes or sweetly gentle as in soft breezes. It blows where and when it wants to and when it encounters an immovable obstacle, it simply blows around it and proceeds on its way.
Today’s message invites me to learn from the gentle touch and persistence of wind. In following my own path without being deterred, I can be a force of nature, too.
Please reflect and share. What might wind teach you?
