This is what we have.
Most of us have no problem thinking of ways our days could be better. We know what we have and can easily think of ways things could improve.
In this mindset, it’s hard for us to be satisfied. Our focus is on what we’d prefer rather than on the benefits of what is.
However, if we focus on the goodness of the day, we find much we can appreciate. Savoring what we have, life feels richer and more complete.
Today’s message advises I could benefit from more gratitude for the gifts I have. My life is full of goodness, and I am blessed.
