Chance connections are often significant.
We all have folks we feel close to. We treasure those relationships and nurture them, finding ways to keep in regular touch with our loved ones.
We also have business and social contacts, those with whom we find it pleasant or useful to associate. We also may curry these relationships for our mutual benefit.
Then there are the chance connections we make in life. We may accidentally encounter folks with common interests. Coincidence can bring us together with someone who holds a piece of knowledge for which we’ve been searching. Or we may overhear something they have to say, something that rivets our interest.
Today’s message reminds me that there are no accidents. The power of serendipity is a significant benevolent force in my life.
