Listening with your heart, you know all you need to know about a situation.

We all are involved in tough situations. In a complex mesh of individuals and interactions, it can be difficult to know what is real. It’s hard to decide what to pay attention to and what to disregard. Sorting through all the aspects, information, and conversations, it may seem challenging to understand what to believe and how to act or react.
Trying to parse out what is real and true often is stressful and taxing to the mind. This is because we are attempting to think our way through the situation’s complexities. We are relying on our mind alone, which usually is operating from separation consciousness. In this separation mindset, we are fearful and lonely, sure that we are imperfectly muddling along in life on our own.
In truth, we are part of a divine and loving whole—the sharing—connected to all other beings and things as well as to the divine. We have the help and support of all creation in any and every situation, especially in times of difficulty. When we are willing to consciously invoke this divine interconnection, we operate from a mindset of connection consciousness. Our physical mind, in cooperation with our inner divinity—our sharing within—recognizes and therefore is able to benefit from the interwoven nature of all existence.
Our sharing within is housed in our human body in our heart region. It is the source of endless and absolute divine truth and knowledge. Our heart and our sharing within together provide clear and loving insight into complicated or challenging situations. Listening to the wisdom of our heart grants us divine perspective and frees our mind from the burden of sorting through life’s complexities alone.
Let’s take a few minutes to explore how this works. We’ll begin by focusing on our breath, allowing it to become slow, steady, and even. We will visualize our sharing within as a golden ball of light in the center of our chest. Breathing in we feed the ball of light, helping it grow strong and bright. Breathing out, we spread golden light out through our entire body and surroundings.
We will continue with the rhythmic breathing and light visualization until we feel calm, focused, and sure. These feelings signal conscious connection with our sharing within.
We will picture golden strands of loving light spreading out from our heart and connecting us with all of creation. The strands are made up of conscious love, which is tangible to us. We’ll feel love for ourselves and everyone and everything else encoded in the strands of golden light. All of existence is in love with every aspect of itself, and we share in this gratitude and appreciation through the heart connection of our sharing within.
We will think of a current complex and challenging situation and identify all the players and all the questions and concerns we have. We’ll breathe golden heart light into the scenario, and ask our sharing within to help us see it from a fresh, divine perspective.
Everyone involved carries a splinter of divine consciousness within. All the complicated personal dynamics are interactions of the divine with itself. There are no victims or villains. We’ve all simply chosen to play out this scenario with each other to provide rich and varied experience to the collective divine consciousness of the sharing.
Any fears, questions, or doubts we may hold about the situation are irrelevant in light of our true nature. Who we really are—divinely inspired beings interacting with each other—is far more important than what we or others do or say. Recognizing the divine nature of the other players as well as of ourselves, we are able to release our attachment to judgment or a desired outcome.
The shared divine nature encoded in our hearts is real. It shines forth in any interaction, whether or not it is apparent viewed through separation consciousness. The wisdom of our heart tells us the love connecting us all is the ultimate truth. Remembering and honoring this love will guide us clearly and safely through the most difficult situations. Love is all we need.
