Challenges reveal where we mistrust.

We’re all challenged on a daily basis. Our reactions can vary from acceptance, to resignation, to mild annoyance, to downright outrage.

Frequently, our unpleasant emotions are linked to some version of fear. We may be afraid we won’t get the result we want, won’t be able to cope, won’t be respected, or even won’t be safe.

The basis for our reactions often boils down to mistrust—of circumstances, of others, of ourselves. An outcome isn’t guaranteed, and we may not have faith things will go well.

Today’s message invites me to take as much fear as possible out of challenging circumstances. When I’m willing to try to trust in a good outcome, I merely need to take the appropriate actions to help my vision into reality.

Please reflect and share. How might having more trust in life alter your experiences?
