Bad can be good.
Sometimes we’re hit with circumstances that don’t seem to be good. Most folks would think of them as undesirable.
When I lost my job due to the downturn in the travel industry during the worst of COVID, friends and family would more than ready to console me. I appreciated their concern and kindness.
Yet, somehow, I knew I would be okay. As time went by, I realized that my release from work was a gift. My health improved without job stress, and I was freed to enjoy the free time as I wished.
My job loss was a blessing in disguise. And often in retrospect, events that seemed bad at the time actually work out to be in our favor.
Today’s message reminds me that Creation always has my back. Even when I may not understand what I need, it does. I am blessed.
