Be confident all is well.

We worry. We allow ourselves to be anxious about so many things—health, money, status, worthiness, the well-being of those we love.

We fear things may not be okay and in thinking about them in a potentially negative context we may make them not be okay, at least in the present moment. Although the feared outcome hasn’t come to pass yet, we suffer just as if it had through our fearful imagining.

Additionally, we’re more likely to attract what we focus our thoughts on, so thinking about what we don’t want may attract it to us.

Today’s message invites me to assume that all in my life is well. Truly, whether or not all is okay is a matter of my perception. If I view what is positively, my present and future is likely to make me happier.
