The goal is usually more important than the means.

Please reflect and share. How does this play out for you?

We usually know what we want to see happen. Often we also have a clear idea of how we’d like to see it come about. We become invested not only in the end result but in the path to get there, too.

Hung up on the how of our goal, we limit our ability to manifest and lessen our chances of achieving our aim.

Today’s message remind me that I don’t need to control the way I reach my dreams. As long as the means to get there are ethical and harm none, I should be willing to accept paths to my goal other than those I initially imagined. Creation is often far more inventive than my best-laid plans.

How about you? Are you more attached to the outcome or the route to get there?
