When you are in harmony with yourself, life falls into line.
Please discuss. How does this play out in life?
I’ll start us out. Life is often unsettling and more so in this year, 2020. There’s been plenty of upheaval and we may struggle to assimilate the changes, sometimes leaving us feeling at odds with ourselves and life. When we’re internally distraught, it ripples outward, affecting how we experience life.
Today’s message reminds me to start by taming the chaos inside. Emotionally charged situations and decisions may have me feeling conflicted. If I am of two (or more) minds about something, how can I make a settled choice or feel at peace with the issue? It is time for me to meditate—you might pray, walk in nature, or do whatever clears and empties your mind—and convene my inner council, an internal meeting of aspects of myself and my inner guidance, to resolve any discordant beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. When I’m aligned inside, I’m clear on what I want/need and can manifest without stumbling over resistance to myself. I am my own best ally.
