Notes From the Furlough: Day 15

How you do something is more important than why. Why you do something is more important than what you do.

Please discuss. How does this play out in life?

I’ll start us out. My corona staycation is nothing but free time. I’ve been reasonably good about keeping busy and productive/creative without being manic about it. Arguably what I’ve chosen to do speaks to my priorities, the WHY. My values are reflected in my choices: gardening, blogging, home improvement, budget and finances, pro bono animal communication. It’s becoming very clear to me that even more important than WHAT I choose to do and WHY is HOW I opt to execute my choices. When I am cheerful and grateful as I go about my chosen tasks, I feel good and emanate those emotions into the shared vibe of creation. I’m also signaling the Universe that I’d like more of what makes me happy. A positive mindset helps me be more effective/successful. All this adds up to a richer life experience in the moment, which is what I share into collective consciousness.

How about you? How are you paying attention to the mindset you bring to your everyday choices?
