Do you believe in love?

Everything you experience is an extension of your own belief, or lack of belief, in love.

The sharing is conscious love. Love is the unifying principle in the sharing. Everything and everyone in existence is a physical manifestation of conscious love. Nothing else is possible.

However, our prevailing mindset dictates how we experience existence. Our beliefs generate our thoughts, and our thoughts create our reality. What we believe, therefore, is what we see, and what we ultimately get.

In our third-dimensional world, the prevailing core consciousness is separation consciousness—the belief that we are separate from the rest of existence. We believe ourselves to be separate from the divine and separate from each other. We view ourselves as limited and flawed in an dangerous world. Our lack of trust in the essential kindness and generosity of existence leads to loneliness, frustration, resentment, and disillusionment. We don’t believe in the loving nature of the universe, we feel trapped, and life isn’t fun.

Our lives change when we acknowledge our divine interconnection. When we recognize the essentially loving nature of the sharing, we see ourselves as part of a gracious and kindly reality system. By extension, everyone and everything else also has its basis in love.

From this mindset, the world appears to be a very different place. When we trust that all things occur for our ultimate benefit, life becomes a joyous exploration. Our inner divinity, or sharing within, generates our lives out of the essential nature of creation—love—to help us recognize our divine interconnection, so we can live freely and happily.

We are free to choose how we want to experience life. When we believe in love as the basis for all creation, we find happiness and enjoyment is our experiences. If we think that the universe is essentially uncaring, we are dissatisfied with ourselves and with life. The choice is ours.

Let’s take a moment to connect with our inner divinity—our sharing within—to find out how we might choose love and happiness more easily. We will begin by focusing on the center of our chest, on our heart and the home of our sharing within. We will picture golden light there and allow our breathing to become soft and regular. As we inhale, the light becomes steady and bright; as we exhale, the light fills and surrounds us.

We’ll continue the visualization and rhythmic breathing until we feel peace and relaxation overtake us. This is a sign that we’ve achieved conscious connection with our sharing within.

Next we will ask our sharing within to show us the belief we hold which masks our ability to recognize the loving nature of life. We will trust that the answer we receive is accurate and perfect for us.

Perhaps we are shown that our separation consciousness results in a fear of rejection, causing us to push others away from us. Our belief that we are separate leads us to think, and ultimately behave, in ways that create division between us and others.

Now we will ask our sharing within to show us how we can replace the limiting belief with one to help us be happier. Perhaps we are shown a picture of golden light connecting us to everyone and everything else in our lives. We see love flowing through the connecting light and feel its warmth and beauty.

We’ll picture how we relate differently to others—with openness, appreciation and enjoyment—when we know in our heart that we are all joined together in love. There is nothing to fear, nothing to resent, and nothing to push away. There is only our connection to all creation in love.

Finally, we will thank our sharing within for showing us an alternate view of existence. We know that we decide how we wish to view life. We are grateful for the chance we have to make that choice, in each and every moment of our lives.
