Many of us bless others regularly. We pray for those who are ill or dying and send our thoughts and prayers to disasters and difficult situations.
We well wish others who have significant life milestones like birthdays, weddings, graduations, or career changes. We visualize positive outcomes for those in need or facing challenges. We care and want the best for others.
Yet, we may forget to do so for ourselves. How often do we support our well-being with positive thoughts, mental imagery, prayers, and blessings?
Today’s message reminds me to regularly—yes, daily—bless myself. When I bring my mojo to bear on my well-being, I’m happier and healthier and have more to offer others, too. Blessing myself is part of a healthy self-care routine.
