Ongoing fatigue is a sign something needs to change.

It seems so obvious: when we’re tired, we need to rest. Yet, it may not be quite that simple. And frequently we may try to muscle through our exhaustion, ignoring the message it is sending us.
Ongoing tiredness signals something is out of balance between our intake and outflow. We may be too active or too sedentary. We may not be consuming enough, consuming, too much, consuming the wrong things, or not consuming enough of the right things. Overthinking, not thinking enough, or harboring unhealthy thoughts can also contribute to exhaustion. When we are regularly tired, the message is that somehow we need to change up our self care.
Today’s message advises me to review my daily routine in times when I feel regularly tired. Going inside myself, I can ask my body what is out of balance and how I need to shift my self-care routine. When I’m tired, my body is showing me how I can love myself more.
