Things become easier with consistent effort.
Please discuss. How does this play out in life?
I’ll start us out. Back on Day 12 of this blog —
https://thesharing.co/2020/04/page/16/ —I shared that the idea of writing a daily post until July 1, when my company had hoped to call me back to work, was a bit daunting. Now on July 11, Day 100, my daily post is part of my routine, like showering or eating breakfast. The repetition has helped establish a habit, and the blog has become part of my daily life. Once I let go of any mental hesitancy or emotional resistance, the task became simple and it usually takes much less than an hour, tops. Clarifying my thoughts has helped me stay more even and focused. I hope it has provided an opportunity for reflection and expression to you, as well. Thank you for being on this journey with me!
How about you? What regular habit of yours helps you stay sane and on track?
