Inner light becomes outer light through intent.
Please discuss. How does this play out in life?
I’ll start us out. We all have magical days, the days when all is right in our world. We’re in the groove and things just seem to go our way. We feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Usually this state isn’t prolonged, but while it lasts its really fine. Others go through a cycle of splendid, okay, and sucky days, too. Odds are, if we’re having a great day, someone we know isn’t and vice versa. We all take turns feeling blessed.
When we’re in a sublime state, we can savor it by ourselves or share it outwards to brighten all we touch in life. This outpouring of may occur without thought, but more often needs intent to shine it forth for others. When we make the choice to reflect and share our happiness in uncomplicated says—a glowing smile, kind word or deeds, recognition, a happy anecdote—we magnify our joy by sharing it. Our happiness breeds happiness in others. If we all consciously shared our good times, we’d all feel happier more of the time.
Today’s message reminds me that I will feel even more radiant when I intentionally share my happiness with others. I’ll be able to experience joy twice—once when I feel it inside me and a second time when I see it reflected on another’s face or hear it in their voice. By sharing my joy, I make the world a better place. It’s just that easy.
How about you? How do you share your happiness with others?
