We are what we imagine.

Please reflect and share. How does this play out for you?

Most of our thoughts each day revolve around ourselves. We think about what we like/don’t like, how we feel, what we want/don’t want, and most importantly who we are and how we’re doing.

We’re continually evaluating and labeling ourselves. “Did I do this right?” “I nailed it!” “I messed up. I’m stupid/clumsy/worthless.” “I have a dorky laugh.” “I’m attractive when I smile.” Our numerous self-thoughts form an image of ourselves and we live up or down to it.

Today’s message suggests I’ll benefit from ensuring my thoughts about myself and my self-image are positive and kindly. When I support myself mentally and emotionally and when I like who I am and what I do, I’ll be happier with myself and with life in general. I affirm my value and wonderfulness and invite you to do the same.
