Be little yourself.
We adults tend to take our maturity seriously. We’ve been through some difficult times and have learned a few things. Our experience is valuable, we think.
And we’re right. Our hard-earned learnings can be useful to us and others as well.
But there’s also great merit in our child-like side. The whimsical, fun-loving, silly part of ourselves can bring curiosity and spice to our everyday lives. All too often, we forget to look at life with innocent wonder and joy.
Today’s message invites me to let the youthful aspect of myself take charge of wringing every possible ounce of enjoyment out of my everyday existence. When I bring enthusiasm, silliness, and amazement to my life approach, everything is more fun.
Please reflect and share. How might innocence and curiosity spice up your life?
