Flourish.
Particularly as the days get shorter and the year winds down, it’s easy to go into stasis mode. In cooler climates, we may layer clothing and hunker down, trying to get cozy until spring arrives again.
While this inner focus can seem relaxing, it may also become a bit boring. We may feel that we need something to stir us up and make life a bit more exciting.
We do not, however, need to wait for external energies to rouse us. We can unleash our own creativity and fire at any time we wish.
Halloween is certainly a splendid time to do so. Decorations, pumpkin carving, and costumes all speak to our inner child and challenge us to step out of our habitual way of being.
Increased indoor time can also offer the opportunity for creative pursuits like art, music, writing, cooking etc. Instead of just doom scrolling or binge watching, we can allow our soul expression through making something uniquely ours.
Today’s message challenges me to blossom personally. When I let my inner vision free, I feel liberated and can create something wonderful, too.
