In life we can be victims or creators.
Please discuss. How does this play out in life?
I’ll start us out. Life has its ups and downs. Some days we’re ecstatic and some days we feel bleak, sad, or hopeless. Most days are somewhere in between, yet we still feel like existence is something that happens to us.
In divine reality we are not separate from life. It does not happen around us. We are an intrinsic part of an interwoven web of creation. We and everything and everyone else are part of the divine whole. We share the role of co-creator and have all the resources of existence to call upon in our pursuits.
Today’s message advises me to be active rather than passive in life. If my life ever seems boring, lonely, painful, limited, or purposeless, I can choose otherwise in any and all moments. I can elect to engage in activities that stimulate, satisfy, and expand me for some portion of each and every day. I create myself and my life by my beliefs, thoughts, and choices.
