Notes From The Furlough: Day 34

Prescience is remembering in advance.

Please discuss. How does this play out in life?

I’ll start us out. Many of us use our intuition, whether or not we recognize it as such. “I knew it in my heart.” “I had a gut feeling.” “Something told me it was/wasn’t a good idea.” We all have access to information outside our personal ken—universal knowledge—through our subconscious mind. The trick is learning to trust our intuitive input. This can be challenging in that what we sense can be in conflict with what our logical, conscious mind presents. Properly encouraged and honored, our intuition is a precious tool for navigating life.

The unknowns of corona virus now have many of us, including me, perplexed. Correct courses of action seem, at times, difficult to determine. Today I’m reminded that logic will not be enough to steer me through life changes. I will need to use all forms of information available to me, especially intuition. This process does not need to be difficult. It can be as straightforward as imagining a successful outcome and viewing it in retrospective to see what actions I took to arrive at my goal.

How about you? How has/does your intuition aid you in challenging situations?
